Inzoi Dev Revamps Communication Strategy to Win Back Players

Krafton the developer of Inzoi has shared a new update explaining how it plans to improve communication with players during Steam Early Access.

Inzoi had a strong start with nearly 90,000 players earlier this year but it has been losing players gradually. Right now it averages around 5,000 players which is good for many Early Access games. but much lower than its peak. People still enjoy the game but Krafton has been mostly silent since the launch. However things are about to change as the team is planning to release an open letter to the community reflecting on the release and sharing future communication plans.

After Inzoi launched Krafton said future updates would be smaller and faster to quickly include player feedback. Since then they have released a few hotfixes but not much else. Now the game director Hyungjun Kjun Kim has shared a new letter explaining how Krafton plans to communicate with players more often.

We launched Inzoi in early access to share it with you quickly even though it is not perfect Kjun says. Our goal has always been to improve the game with your feedback and make it the best experience possible.

We value staying connected and talking with all of you as much as we do developing the game. To keep that collaboration going we will be communicating with our community more often and openly from now on.

These changes begin with Kjun's Letter It is a new way for Inzoi’s director to share thoughts and reflections on the game’s development including feedback suggestions and opinions from players. The aim is to go beyond just game related issues and talk about more personal and deeper topics.

You’ll also get a monthly list of known issues with Inzoi from Krafton. The team will keep working on fixing these problems especially focusing on big glitches. Krafton will also share previews of upcoming content and hold live Q&A sessions before big updates to help you know what to expect.

Starting Thursday May 1 Inzoi’s 2025 roadmap kicks off bringing lots of new content soon. You will get cheat codes new furniture changes to weight and muscle and much more. Krafton has four big updates planned for this year with a fifth one expected in 2026. There’s still a lot more to come from Inzoi.
