Another Silksong Release Date Clue Just Dropped - Here’s What We Know

Hollow Knight: Silksong is coming in 2025. Some people don't believe it, but Team Cherry has broken radio silence and confirmed Nintendo's initial 2025 release date, leading me to believe this is Silksong's year. And this time we just have to waiting for the sweet So sweet release date and an Australian game exhibition called Game Worlds has given us Best first hint.

A company Name is ACMI first spotted by The Reddit user TomNook5085 recently announced an New upcoming video game exhibition called Game Worlds which is an event where peoples can visit or play different versions of already released games like World of Warcraft and The Sims. It's essentially a video game museum that gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how the games were made.

ACMI announce the exhibition with The new video on it is Main YouTube channel in which we see someone interacting with The Computer. After 40 seconds, a variety of pop-ups begin to flash on the screen, one of which mentions some of the games included in Game Worlds. For a summary of the flashes, Hollow Knight: Silksong can be seen amongst the bunch.

Additionally, the announcement made by ACMI on its website states that Game Worlds will include "a highly anticipated Australian title for 2025," and I don't need to tell Silksong fans that Hollow Knight: Silksong's developer Team Cherry is based in Adelaide, Australia. Combining these two little hints, it seems almost certain that Silksong will be playable at Game Worlds.

Now, what does this mean? It's worth taking this with a grain of salt, but Silksong is nothing more than a collection of previously released games, which means Silksong will launch before the event this September. If that's the case, Silksong's release date would slip into the next six months.

It's an interesting idea, especially because we've been short on Silksong news for years. It also lines up with previous comments from insiders, such as a claim made last month by an insider called Xstas1 that Team Cherry explicitly told Microsoft to be ready for a Game Pass launch in June. It's important to keep expectations in check, but it seems very possible for this to happen.
