Reborn Free-to-Play Fantasy RPG New Combat & Progression Features

SGRA Studio is bringing back the free-to-play fantasy RPG Dragonheir Silent Gods with improved combat lower prices and quicker progress.

Seven months after stopping support in US territories SGRA Studio has announced that its free-to-play fantasy RPG Dragonheir: Silent Gods is coming back to North America. This return is part of a major update that will change the game's combat progression and pricing. Despite reaching over ten million players worldwide the game had a mixed rating on Steam and in September 2024. it was removed from the US. Now the game is returning.

The Dragonheir: Silent Gods update comes after big changes to the development team says SGRA and includes adjustments based on player feedback. The combat system has been completely changed replacing the old elemental affinity system with a new comps mechanic. This groups heroes into types like summon, frost, wild, poison or support and characters with similar types can give extra benefits when paired together.

SGRA is offering lower prices and easier progression. Summon costs are reduced special banners will help you get the characters you want and better pity systems should reduce bad luck streaks.

Now all your heroes level up at the same time. So you won’t waste resources on heroes you don’t use. The materials that were needed to unlock level milestones are gone. Instead you just need to complete a trial to keep leveling up.

The game world has been updated and now there are better options to help you find your way if you get lost. You can also skip cutscenes if you just want to jump into the action. There's a new roguelike mode called the Ancestral Ruins where you face random events and collect blessings as you go. It also offers a rotating selection of free heroes to try each week.

There’s no specific date for the relaunch of Dragonheir: Silent Gods. but you can pre-register now to get rewards when it comes out. SGRA also says that players who spent time or money on the original game will get extra bonuses as a thank you in the new version.
