GTA 6 Leak Hints at Massive Map With Fan New State Discovery

Rockstar fans with sharp eyes think they found clues in the new Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer that the game will have more than one state in its big map.

GTA 6’s second trailer showed fans one big thing the game will have a huge and detailed map. Rockstar is known for making large open-world games (like Red Dead Redemption 2) and GTA 6 looks like it will be even bigger.

We recently got to see more of Vice City and the state of Leonida than ever before including places like Port Gellhorn and Ambrosia. The areas look huge but Rockstar might still be hiding more surprises.

GTA 6 Map Leak Are There More Than One State?

Leonida Could Be Just The Start: Right after the release of GTA 6's second trailer sharp-eyed fans began searching through the footage to find any hidden details. One of the most interesting discoveries recently came from a Twitter user called GTA6Intel. who pointed out that some of the license plates looked different from the others.

Most of the cars we've seen so far have a Leonida license plate which represents Florida's Vice City. However the car in the picture has a Gloriana plate likely representing Georgia. Some people also noticed that the newly-revealed Mount Kalaga looks similar to Georgia's Providence Canyon hinting that it might not be in Leonida at all.

This suggests that GTA 6's map might not only have Leonida. but also parts of Gloriana. It might seem a bit much since Vice City already looks huge but Rockstar has included other maps in their games before like Mexico in Red Dead Redemption and North Yankton in GTA 5.

GTA 6 might have more than one state which ties back to early leaks that called it Project Americas. These leaks suggested the game could have multiple locations. It was also mentioned that the map might change over time with new areas like Gloriana possibly being added after the game’s release.
