The Genshin Impact 5.7 update will probably come out on June 18, 2025. The game usually gets a new update every six weeks so the 5.7 update should be ready in the third week of June.
Meet the New Characters in Genshin Impact 5.7
On May 13 Hoyoverse shared two short previews of new game characters called Skirk and Dahlia.
Skirk is a strong five-star character who uses a sword and Cryo powers. She is not new to experienced Genshin Impact players. She first appeared in the 4.2 update as Tartaglia’s teacher in the Fontaine story. According to leaks from Homdgcat Wiki Skirk works very well with Escoffier a Cryo support character from the earlier update.
Dahlia uses a sword and the Hydro element. He helps his team by making shields and making them attack faster. But his skills are not very good. Unless he gets a big improvement most people will not want to use him in their team.
