Call of Duty 2026 Modern Warfare 4 Set in Korea Report

Both North Korea and South Korea will be important in Call of Duty 2026 which will likely be Modern Warfare 4 made by Infinity Ward.

We will soon hear about this year’s new Call of Duty game. Rumors say Black Ops 6 will connect to another Black Ops story that follows Black Ops 2. There are also hints about the Call of Duty game in 2026. A well-known leaker says it will be a Modern Warfare game. This new Modern Warfare (MW4) will mostly take place in Korea.

In 2023 the Modern Warfare 3 campaign didn’t impress many players and the bad guy Makarov was still alive at the end. Fans love the Modern Warfare series so it was expected to come back. Now leaks say a new game called Modern Warfare 4 will come out in 2026 made by Infinity Ward. A famous leaker named TheGhostOfHope shared some info about it.

Most of the game MW4 will happen in Korea. The story will be about both South Korea and North Korea. The number 4 in Korean might even be used in the game’s logo and box. This information comes from a person called TheGhostOfHope.

Korea is not a place that Call of Duty visits often. The only time the game has taken us there was in the first mission of Advanced Warfare which happens in Seoul South Korea.

TheGhostOfHope says the famous team Task Force 141 will be back along with the SAS and South Korea’s army. The bad guys Makarov and the Konni group are causing trouble in a very tense and military area. The leaker says the villain might try to start World War 3 there. The story happens mostly in the year 2026 which is the present day when the game will come out. Some missions happen just after the events of Modern Warfare 3.

They say that from what they have seen and heard the campaign looks promising and different from what Infinity Ward has done before. This is good to hear especially since the MW3 campaign got a lot of criticism.
