If you’re eager for the launch Remedy has started sign-ups for the FBC Firebreak closed technical test which is starting very soon.
The Oldest House in Control by Remedy Entertainment is my favorite game location. It mixes brutalism government offices and science fiction in a unique way. That's why I'm excited for their next game FBC: Firebreak. It’s like Left 4 Dead but instead of zombies there are stationary enemies. If you are as eager to play as I am Remedy is holding a closed test soon. Just sign up and hope for the best.
Before facing FBC: Firebreak's sticky note threat make sure you're ready. Choose your weapon and customize your kit with tools grenades support items and upgrades that will help you succeed.
As my colleague Jamie mentioned in their preview of Firebreak earlier this year Remedy’s co-op FPS will stand out for three reasons: it’s fun and crazy. it avoids the typical live service features of modern games and it’s very flexible. The main focus is the core experience with no endless replaying or constant upgrade screens. Instead you’ll enjoy the chaos of the game and explore one of the best video game worlds ever created.
If you're disappointed that Valve hasn't made Left 4 Dead 3 yet. or you are looking for a fun co-op game before Borderlands 4 comes out FBC: Firebreak is a great choice. It's also available on Xbox Game Pass from day one so if you have a subscription you can play with friends for free.
Remedy Entertainment is hosting a closed test for the game FBC: Firebreak from Thursday, May 15 to Monday, May 19. There are limited spots available. So if you want a chance to play early you can sign up here.
