New Survival Game from Barotrauma Dev Hits 200K Wishlists

Frostrail is a new survival game like Metro Exodus and The Long Dark. It hasn’t been released yet but many people are already showing interest in it.

The creators of Barotrauma FakeFish are back with a new survival game called Frostrail. While Barotrauma took players deep under the ocean Frostrail brings the action above ground but it’s still just as intense. Set in a freezing snowy world like The Long Dark players must survive harsh weather and deadly creatures.

In Frostrail your main way of getting around is a massive train which becomes your shelter and transport through the icy wasteland. But the cold isn't your only problem. You’ll also face terrifying zombie-like monsters hiding in the snow. This mix of danger and survival has already grabbed attention over 200,000 people have added Frostrail to their Steam wishlist.

In Frostrail you need to be careful about staying warm while searching for supplies in empty towns and underground vaults. If you stay out too long the cold can kill you so you have to return to your train often to survive. The game has classic survival features like crafting and co-op gameplay and many players are already excited about it.
